Mini-Comp #1

Peter's Comments:
I'm trying to address a few related problems I'm having with this project. The first is (of course) that I don't have enough time for it. The second is that I don't seem to be covering any new ground in the songs. What I'm going to try for now is to, week by week, alternate songs with little (one-minute, max) instrumental pieces.

Hopefully, setting the bar low for these 'disposable' compositions (how hard is it to fill a minute?) will encourage a bit of experimentation. (Songs take a while to write and record, and it's made me loath to take risks.)

For now, just a dashed-off thing with inexpertly-played piano and fake-sounding English horns. But I'm happy with it, oddly enough. It suits this relaxed evening pretty well.
