Peter's Comments:
Whew. I was incredibly lazy this week, and managed to get to about 7pm on Wednesday night, having written nothing. So, this week, I cheated. This is a song I wrote last year. I had put together the MIDI for it and written the lyrics, but never properly recorded it. So I went back to it & finished it off.

I think it started out trying to sound like Jellyfish, with its melodically-spiking vocals and its hapsichord lines, but finally settled down to sounding more or less like all the other songs-of-the-week.

This coming week I have family visiting over the weekend, so odds are I'll get into the same bind again, only with no backlogged song to get me out of it. We'll see. However, August will relaxed, with relatively few responsibilities, and no doubt better songwriting efforts.

I'll have to brainstorm some more song ideas though. Right now, the cupboard is absolutely bare.
