The Wussiest Song, Ever

Peter's Comments:
Okay, my constant joking about "writing the wussiest song, ever" caused the phrase to stick in my head as a song title. I'll try to make this the last self-indulgent Song About Writing Songs for a while. Basically this one is about ending up writing songs that just strike you as... well, wussy-ish.

I decided to give myself a break from the "electric guitars and MIDI" version of recording for a while -- so this is all my little acoustic. The 'solos' (one must always use the term loosely and charitably when it's me that's playing) were done by slapping a pickup on the acoustic, running it through the POD 'rotary' emulator, and adding a slight flange as a computer post-effect. The 'bass' was a plain guitar track, electrically lowered an octave. I played my usual two-note synth ostinati on the acoustic, and liked the result.
