Evil Overlord: Jay, your mission here is to welcome the audience, to include the audience, and to get them pumped up about the show. So: break the fourth wall. Treat the OOB audience as if they are your evil minions. At the end, if you've got them whooping and hollering about the prospect of reducing Kansas to radioactive rubble, then you've done your job. They're on our side, and everything else will be much easier. :)

Slide-Show Crew: The rest of us should just have fun striking extreme poses. I just massaged the script a bit so that we don't have to hold poses for an extremely long time; but generally, strike a pose that you think you can hold easily -- don't want to sprain anything this early in the show.
